Crisis in Sudan: Congolese footballers return to Kinshasa

Good news for the Congolese population, all the Congolese sportsmen playing in Sudan returned to the DRC on Monday. Indeed, the four members of the Sudanese club Al Hilal, including three players, namely Glody Lilepo, Fabrice Ngoma and Steven Ebuela as well as the goalkeepers’ coach, Eugene Bulayima landed at the international airport of N’djili in the early afternoon, accompanied by the DRC ambassador in Egypt, where they were in transit for a few days, after being evacuated from Sudan where the war continues to be in full swing.

Upon their arrival in Kinshasa they were welcomed by the Minister of Sports and Recreation, François Kabulo Mwana Kabulo.
